We’ve set four of the 5 tractors up with 420/80R50 BKT rowcrop wheel sets – this is a new size that we’ve introduced in partnership with BKT Tires, and is available exclusively through BWT.
Farmers and growers are loving this size as it has extra clearance and more stability than the 380/90R50 option that was previously used, a high load rating, and is the widest tyre that you can fit down a potato furrow, making it ideal for potato and root crop applications, and in this case, daffodil growing.
