Bridgestone make a range of high-quality VF (Very High Flexion) tyres in standard Ag tyre sizes and profiles. By offering a VF tyre in the 65 profile (i.e. 650/65R38) Bridgestone tyres give many benefits over similar sizes tyres – this is because other manufacturers don’t make IF or VF tyres with a 65 profile.

Increase your crop yields
The Bridgestone agricultural tyres have a larger footprint – this means that tyres reduce soil compaction resulting in higher yields.
According to Bridgestone’s testing, the VT-Tractor tyres have up to 26% larger lug contact area than other key makes in the market. Bridgestone has developed a new bead profile which allows the sidewall to flex at lower pressure – reducing soil compaction.
Increase productivity and efficiency
Bridgestone have done tests which show that by fitting VT-Tractor tyres you can cover an extra 0.9 hectares in your day – this is due to the extra traction allowing machines to work faster.
The new design of lug results in lower soil disturbance, minimalised slip and offers better traction.
Save money with lower operating costs
The higher traction given by the Bridgestone tyre results in fuel savings of up to 36 litres per 50 hectares.
As a VF tyre, the Bridgestone VT-Tractor can carry up to 40% heavier loads compared to a standard tyre. The advantage is you can save money (fuel, tyre wear and machine maintenance) by carrying the same load with fewer transport cycles on the road.

With the Bridgestone VT-Tractor, there is no need to stop and change tyre pressure when moving from the field to the road and back.

These tyre have a very flexible sidewall and a longer tread bar. The sidewall design absorbs the undulations in road surface and the field to give a smoother and more stable ride. The new tread pattern design has longer lugs which offers a smoother drive.
